Submersible Grade Cable - Cable has 18 gauge tinned copper conductors with a submersible grade jacket - Low power consumption – Internal digital switching power supply operates at 94% efficiency, making it ideal for any size boat. Current draw is only 3.5 amps at 12 volts.
- No extra modules required - Entirely self contained, there is no additional driver or power supply to install.
- High Intensity – Careful thermal management allows high intensity with light output of over 2000 lumens

- Internal surge suppression - Marine electrical systems are plagued with transient voltage spikes. Shadow-Casters are protected from these spikes by an internal suppression device.
- Internal temperature protection - Internal self protection circuitry means Shadow-Casters will never get hot enough to burn you or your gel coat. While this product does use water for cooling, all Shadow-Caster products are engineered and tested to run continuously and safely out of the water. The light will turn off when it reaches its max temperature and then automatically turn back on after it cools.
- Rugged design - 316 Stainless Steel and polycarbonate housing designed by engineers with years of experience in military product design. Shock and vibration resistant for operation at any speed. Stainless steel bezel prevents any damage to the light during installation. The light can actually flex to conform to up to 3/16" hull curvature over the length of the light.
- Attract sea life - Reports are posted in forums everywhere boasting things caught with lights from Tuna, Swordfish, Snapper, Snook, as well as other game fish. See videos.
- Surface mounting - This model needs no major hull penetration below the waterline, only two mounting screws and a small hole for the wire.
