Product Description: Jim-Buoy Pendant Buoy - White With Blue Reflective Tape Shell is made of high density polyethylene and keeps mooring/pendant line dry. Protects boat from contact with mooring hardware. Stable in water - won't roll over causing mooring line to get wet. They are stackable when not in use. Lifting grips aid in handling.
