1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We make every effort to have a complete and accurate inventory however sometimes a part will show in our warehouse stock and it is not found. If an item can be transferred to our warehouse within 72 hours you will not be notified and the item will ship as normal within 72 hours. If however you have selected overnight shipment we will notify you immediately that it is not in our warehouse stock and advise the earliest delivery date. Of course if you decide to cancel we will refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Because of Internet and credit card fraud, Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses which are verifiable and which match the credit card used or the address of your payment type. We will not accept any orders in which the item is to be shipped to a different person other than the one placing the order and/or to different shipping and billing address unless the two addresses are verifiable. We understand in some cases that there may be a delivery circumstance that would have item shipping to a different location. In that case you need to call us at 321-952-1303 for an exemption to this rule. We do accept International orders and shipments only if the address on the credit card matches the shipping address shipping. If your order appears fraudulent we may request wire transfer payment.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates which start at the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and we have no control over your order once it has left our building. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Saturdays or Sundays]. If you have any questions we can be reached by telephone Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST and on Saturday from 8:00am to 4pm. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Though we have made every effort to have accurate weights some products have incorrect or no weight and therefore the calculation is incorrect. For this reason if the freight amount seems out of line, please call us at 321-952-1303. If you decide to abandon your shopping cart we will contact you via email. If the freight calculated is inaccurate we will quote you an accurate weight at that point. Please also be aware that Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the calculated shipping cost at check out.
Sales tax is charged within the state of Florida.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If the packaging is clearly damaged we advise you to notify the delivery carrier and refuse the shipment. If however you are unable to refuse the shipment and there is any damage to the packaging on delivery please contact us immediately at 321-952-1303 and please take pictures of the damage and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please DO NOT open the package until you have instructions from Carp Coastal Marine on how to proceed.
