- Ideal for rubber roofs
- For use under moldings, and around windows, doors and vents
- Can be used to seal and waterproof overlapping metals
- Can be used under framed walls as a sound moisture barrier
- Heavy, flexible non-hardening butyl material
- Easily shaped and formed to seal difficult areas
- Releases easily from it's silicone-treated backer
- Best results if applied at room temperature on dry materials
