Product Description: Maxi Boom Bilge Oil Absorber Absorbs oil in bilge so remaining water may legally be pumped overboard. Made of material used to clean up major oil spills.Tie-downs keep boom in place. Will absorb 2 quarts of oil and yet repel water. Helps protect the environment and eliminate fines for pumping oil overboard.
