Product Description: TACO Multi-Purpose 15° Portable Cleat TACO Marine's multi purpose cleat allows a boater the ease of an instant cleat in the location of a rod holder but also allows the boater to add a boat fender to the same cleat as well as many other uses.
Not intended for permanent docking and is Intended for open bottom gunnel rod holders
