Product Description: Tie Down Engineering Dock Hardware - Piling Hoop and Roller Assembly, Commercial Grade Piling hoop & roller intended for areas with a lot of wind, current or tidal action. Combines the Piling hoop (26412) and roller assembly (26414) to make up for the up and down movement. For pilings up to 12" in diameter.
