Product Description: Tie Down Engineering Dock Hardware - Heavy Duty 4" x 6" Deck Plate, Commercial Grade Heavy duty deck plate for use with Piling Hoop. This 3/16" thick 4"x 6" x 22" plate can be bolted from the top and side of the dock. The hoop can then be bolted to the deck plate, allowing it to be removed seasonally.
