Product Description: Tie Down Engineering Fluted Zinc Plated Shackle Bolts With Nuts For Use With Spring Hanger Brackets (2 Per Pack) For use with spring hanger brackets. Fluting prevents the bolt from turning, which can wear hanger brackets. Grade 5 steel. 9/16" x 3" bolts with nuts.
